Our client is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead their dynamic team at a mixed animal hospital. The new Medical Director will oversee a collaborative team of four DVMs, working closely with a strong support staff and a dedicated hospital manager to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will serve as a mentor to associates and externs while continuing the positive work environment established by the current leadership.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of four veterinarians, fostering their growth and development.Work closely with the hospital manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.Deliver comprehensive veterinary care to a wide range of species, including small animals, large animals, exotics, zoo species, and wildlife.Provide clinical guidance and support to associates and externs, helping them enhance their skills.Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and excellence.Package:
