Job Title: AP Vendor Manager
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000.
Schedule: M-F 8:30a - 4:30a & hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days).
AP Vendor Manager Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Input approximately 120 invoices per month per community into Sage 50 (transitioning to NetSuite for automation).
Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Forecasting: Analyze accounts payable data to forecast monthly expenses and maintain budgeting.
Bill Processing: Enter bills into Sage 50, trigger payments, and manage check printing and mailing.
AP Vendor Manager Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Invoice coding and bill entry experience
- Proficiency in accounting calendar management
- 2-3 years of high-volume AP experience
- Strong vendor communication skills
Preferred:
- Healthcare or nonprofit background
- Familiarity with Sage 50 or NetSuite
- Degree in Accounting or related field
