Group Lead/Line lead/Assembly Line Supervisor/Production Line Lead Worker
This position is responsible for leading the Production Staff
Job Duties:
- Inspection of product every hour or more frequently depending on the project
- Responsible for reconciliation to ensure accuracy of job
- Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job
- Supervise temp workers in an assembly line setting
- Fill in when temporary workers are absent, at lunch etc
- Enter product info totals at the end of shifts into WMS
Production Line Lead Education & Experience:
- Education Desired - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production
Production Line Lead Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system
- Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
- Ability to plan in advance for production in your area
Production Line Lead Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting
- Walking, standing, bending for duration of shift
- Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
18.50/hr
2nd shift hours: 5:00pm-04:30am
