Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, experience is more important.

Must have technical skills/experience (6+ years' experience):

• Leadership Experience

• Actimize IFM-x 10.1

• Actimize ActOne 6.5, 6.6

• Oracle 19c

• Linux RHEL 8.X

• SQL

• Agile

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Apache 8, 9.x

• Java

Soft Skills Required:

• Adaptability

• Able to function/work across teams

• Communication skills

• Proactive, Assertive, and consistent about learning

Software Engineer Lead Key Responsibilities:

• Able to work with and coaching junior developers on team

• Help to establish best practices for team

• Each agile team will have 3-4 developers (could have entry level developers to senior developers)

• Proactive with learning new technologies, learn 2-3 new technologies a year

• Work with channels across the bank

• Must be proactive, assertive, and consistent in their learning

• Agile environment crucial

• Consulting and development at same time

• Working in a high stress environment
