We are currently hiring for Logistics Associates in Hebron, Kentucky with one of our clients!

1st shift: 6AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday

2nd shift: 4PM - 12.30AM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $16/hr

About the Role:

This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

•Shipping: Box making, order induction, billing, void fill and packing, LTL sorting, loading.

•Receiving: Manual unloading.

•Value-Added Services: Kitting, labeling, postponement.

•Facilities Maintenance: General upkeep, trash removal using pallet-jack, sit-down forklift.

•Assembly Line: Kitting/production, display build, box builder, line loader, cart loader/unloader.

•Housekeeping: Detrashing pallets, emptying bins, and maintaining a clean work area.

•Miscellaneous: Weight out of tolerance, taper line, replenishing supplies, and more!

What We’re Looking For:

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•A team player with a keen eye for detail.

•Physically capable of performing tasks requiring reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment.

•Ability to follow directions and adhere to performance and safety standards.

•Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing) is a plus, but not required.

•High school diploma or GED required.

•Little to no experience necessary—we provide training!
