Property Accountant:

Our client is a leading property management firm seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to oversee financial operations for our property portfolio. They offer a supportive work environment, flexible hours, and are going through a huge growth mode!

Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant:

• Manage accounting functions, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and handle vendor invoicing.

Qualifications of the Property Accountant:

• 3+ years of property accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and property management.

The Property Accountant role is fully onsite in Wooster, OH with a salary range of $70,000- $90,000 depending on experience.
