Position: Controller
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Oversee the full accounting process, ensuring all financials are GAAP compliant.
- Prepare accurate financial reports in accordance with government regulations.
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring effective and efficient task execution.
- Lead both internal and external audits to guarantee compliance and accuracy.
- Stay current on new accounting standards and ensure their successful implementation.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance internal controls to optimize processes.
What they are looking For in a Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification (preferred).
- Recent experience in government accounting is a plus.
- A blend of public and private sector experience is ideal.
