Temporary Career Preparation Instructor

We are seeking a Temporary New Student/Career Preparation Instructor to join the Grafton Job Corps team while a staff is out on medical leave. This role would last roughly 4-8 weeks, with the possibility of being on-call to support our students or finding a different open role on our team after that.
In Job Corps, we assist students ages 16-24 with receiving the Academic and Career Training they need for a successful career. This role is critical to helping new students acclimate with the program.

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:45am-4:45pm
Pay: $42,000 annually
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing instruction, training and guidance to students during the Career Preparation Program. Develops individual achievement plans, evaluates progress to ensure student early retention and success in the program.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Post-secondary degree required. Must possess a valid in-state Drivers License and meet the Company insurability
requirements.
