Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
- Manage timecards, deductions, and adjustments in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure payroll records are properly maintained and updated.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with tax filings and year-end reporting.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal payroll regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and software.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
