We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.- Utilize medical documentation to accurately record client data and progress.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.- Utilize medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.- Collect and analyze data to inform behavioral health interventions and measure client outcomes.- Develop and implement behavioral health programs to support clients with developmental disabilities.- Provide client care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs.- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all aspects of client care and documentation.- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral health issues and develop appropriate treatment plans.- Provide behavioral health interventions and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.- Stay up-to-date with the latest behavioral health research and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.- Excellent client assessment and communication skills.- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance.- Proficiency in medical documentation and terminology.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with data collection and analysis.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
