*Qualifications & Duties** Answer client questions related to tax returns, tax estimates and tax-planning.* Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.* Work directly with clients including but not limited to in-person and virtual appointments.* Manage a book of business both individual and corporate tax returns.* Prepare and review corporate and individual income tax returns.* Ability to manage multiple engagements.* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a holistic financial approach and build relationships.* Develop team members by providing leadership and tax knowledge.* Ensure timely filing of all required tax returns* *Job Qualifications :** CPA or EA license required* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A strong educational background in accounting or finance is required.* Extensive tax experience: 3 years in public accounting. Strong knowledge of individual and corporate income tax law (pass-throughs + C-corps), compliance and regulations.* Leadership and managerial skills: Proven experience in leading a team. Ability to provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.* Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts.* Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze tax issues and develop practical solutions.* Identify opportunities for clients to meet with our Wealth Team to discuss investment opportunities.* Client-focused mindset: A strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships. Ability to understand client needs.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.* Microsoft Applications, QuickBooks Online, Lacerte Tax Software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
