Our client, a benefits and insurance consulting firm, is seeking a direct hire Benefits Systems Coordinator who displays collaboration, commitment, and client-focus drive. In this dynamic industry, the ideal candidates excel in HR technology, client service, and detail management, and value strong relationships and clear communication.

About the Job:

  • Implement and maintain benefits administration and ACA systems (e.g., Employee Navigator, BenExpress, Paycor, Paycom).
  • Configure systems for employee benefit enrollments, open enrollment, and qualifying life event (QLE) management.
  • Conduct quality control assessments during plan renewals and new carrier integrations.
  • Gather and organize client data for new system implementations, including census imports.
  • Lead system demonstrations and trainings, collaborating on materials with internal teams.

About You:

  • 3+ years implementing benefit administration systems or 5+ years in system support.
  • Proficient in system configuration, requirements gathering, data migration, and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI implementation, maintenance, and benefits administration.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel with formulas and data manipulation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, simplifying technical details for varied audiences.
