We are looking for a part-time BCBA/LABA to join our growing small, female, minority-owned and -operated company based out of Chelmsford. We currently need someone to provide assessment, RBT supervision, and parent training in the following areas (currently, with the potential for more), and direct service until we hire a direct care professional, for before and after school hours, and weekends if desired, to cover in-home service clients in the below sites. This can be as little as 12 hours a week, to as many as 30 if you wanted the hours.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children from age of diagnosis to young adulthood with Autism Spectrum Disorders, including non-verbal clients and clients with challenging behaviors, including mild-to-moderate aggression and property destruction.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients- Develop appropriate treatment goals and implement behavior intervention plans- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans- Create data sheets, collect data, and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes- Conduct supervision of RBTs- Conduct parent training- Provide direct service on occasion (i.e. until we find staffing, while staffing is on temporary leave)- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
*Qualifications*- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques- Strong understanding of data collection methods- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to pass a military grade background check

Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour
