Job Title: Lead React Developer Location: San Leandro, CA Full Time/ Permanent Contact: Syed.Khaliq The Role Responsibilities: Developing User Interfaces: Creating user interfaces using React.js for web applications, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across different devices and screen sizes. Implementing Features: Collaborating with design and product teams to implement new features and enhancements to the user interface, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly. Frontend Development: Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code for frontend components, utilizing modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, including React, Redux, and other related technologies. API Integration: Integrating frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between the frontend and backend systems. API Development: Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Express, or other backend frameworks, including creating endpoints for data retrieval, manipulation, and storage. Testing and Debugging: Writing unit tests for frontend components and API endpoints, as well as debugging and resolving issues related to UI functionality and API interactions. Performance Optimization: Identifying and implementing performance optimization techniques for both frontend and backend components to ensure fast load times and efficient data retrieval. Version Control: Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing codebase, collaborating with other developers, and maintaining a clean and organized code repository. Documentation: Writing and maintaining technical documentation for frontend components, API endpoints, and system architecture to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the development team. Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development, API development, and related technologies to enhance skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Requirements: You are: The Lead Developer is highly experienced and has decision-making authority Partner with various business and IT collaborators in defining domain architecture strategy Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field 8 years of experience in in full-stack development with a focus on React, Typescript, and Node.js Proficient in web development using React, Redux, Redux-Saga, ES6, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3 5 years of experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc 5 years of experience building web applications with Micro frontend architecture 5 years of experience in design patterns and enterprise standards in application design Solid experience with Accessibility. A deep understanding of accessibility fundamentals and its applications in creations Exceptional at triage or analysis of situations for production support.
