Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a Telecom Engineer for one of our Logistics clients to sit hybrid in Charlotte, NC. As the Telecom Engineer, you will find yourself immersed in a rapidly growing environment to support a telephone system migration to Avaya. These individuals need to be within driving distance to Ballantyne, NC, as this role will sit hybrid as needed.

Systems & Software proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.Experienced in telecom and call center concepts building and designing, call queues and hunt groups.Experience in network and telecom problem tracking and resolutionExperienced using Visio, Excel and Word to document project success and presentations
