Pay Information $2,079 to $2,291 per week About The Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN) StartDate: 12/3/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2079.31 - $2291.48 Required Qualifications Home Health and Oasis experience Evergreen's minimum booking requirement is 25 days out Evergreen is requiring all employees and contract staff to have the Covid and Infuenza vaccine. Covid - The last day for full vaccination is Oct 18, 2021 defined by the CDC as "two weeks after completion of the last dose of vaccine." Infuenza - no later than Nov 22, 2021 Per communication with all employees, there are only 2 options to opt out: "Those of our colleagues who decline the vaccine for medical or religious reasons will not be subject to criticism or penalized in any way. We WILL require the completion of a formal declination form and confirmation in writing from the individual's physician or religious leader. Personal preference declinations will not be accepted."
