Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist

Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation.Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions, including updated goals and treatment strategies.Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.Case Management may be requiredAAC consultation may be requiredSome travel may be required throughout the school day

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved Speech and Language Pathology ProgramCCC'sEducational or Instructional CertificateCurrent PA state licensePreferred candidates have experience working with children in the school setting.
