Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national ABA franchise with a dedication to quality. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science, a fun environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement in children who have ASD. Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing the overall quality of life.We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking *FULL-TIME* employment in our Leon Valley location in San Antonio TX. Each BCBA is assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 12 clients. You will be working to train your team of behavior technicians directly supervising them with clients and supporting your team.

*Duties and Responsibilities:** Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm. ( 1 Saturday/month 7:45 am-4:30 pm)* Possibly supervise in-home clients 4:30 pm - 6:30 p.m.* Quality Assurance.* Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).* Create Individualized, research-based client programs.* Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.* Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.* Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.* Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.* Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).* Safety Management.
*Qualifications/Requirements:** Maintains BACB Certification.* Texas LBA License.* Maintains State Certification.* Maintains BLS/CPR certification.* Maintains NPI number.* Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.* Maintains updated CAQH account.* Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university.* No criminal background.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.* Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
