Comprehensive activities relating to connectivity technologies, vehicle electronics, and high-performance computers round off the range of products and services.Are you ready to shape the future with us??HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT+ This position is responsible for developing the Continental Cooperation Portal technical architecture for installation, ensuring the availability and continuity of the Continental Cooperation Portal, and future development. The Continental Cooperation Portal is a platform used for multi-party software development and Integration. Manages all stakeholders of the Agile Team and clarifies requirements until they are considered ready by the team. Manages and breaks down the complexity of the product developed by the Agile Team and drives the incremental deliveries+ Analyze and fix bugs found during testing.+ Assist in creating Epics stories and tasks as well as maintaining the Project Backlog+ Coaching the team in self-organization for tasks and issues+ Collect and analyze the Stakeholders requirements.+ Coordinate data protection compliance and cybersecurity of the application.+ Create & Document Software design proposals.+ Define story acceptance criteria and support decomposition of requirements and specifications.+ Define, refine, and document product features.+ Develop Test Specification for Development Testing+ Drive development by collaborating with the team to derive the plan, delivery scope, estimations, iteration goals, and gaining a team commitment.+ Ensure product performance of the solution using data analytics.+ Evaluate and control product quality to ensure continuous improvement.+ Execute the Test Specification and Analyze the Results+ Host the Agile ceremonies for the project.+ Incorporate and derive improvements based on user feedback and ticket pattern analysis provided from Service team+ Prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it is visible, transparent, and clear to the development Team.+ Providing regular reports on project progress+ Responsible for the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components with the support from tech lead+ Seek exposure to relevant stakeholders to capture requirements to make data driven decisions.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE+ Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree+ Minimum 5 years of professional experience related to enterprise-wide applications and/or other IT-related functions+ Agile development methods and tools+ Certification SAFe.+ Excellent English, written and spoken.+ Experience in using Jira, Confluence, and other tools necessary for Agile project management.+ Experience in Scrum and large projects.+ Good communication skills, experience in writing documentation for different purposes (ex. Users, admins, etc.),+ Experienced with Modern Product Architecture methods+ Knowledgeable in MS- Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office+ Safe Agile experienceTo be transparent about hiring for this position, Continental has identified a preferred candidate.
