Join our Danbury, CT team as a Data Management Analyst focusing on Configuration Management in support of our Engineering organization.You will be responsible for high standards of quality and process adherence in the Configuration Management (CM) department and part of a high functioning team that ensures processes and procedures are implemented and compliant with contractual and internal requirements. In this role you will review, prepare, submit, and manage Item Masters (Part #'s, Bill of Materials) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) per all applicable ISO processes utilizing Empower Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool. Check all documents/drawings for accuracy, manage les and administrate archives. Process test data in accordance with internal procedures. Utilize status accounting and performance metrics within the scope of Engineering design documentation.What You Will Do
Process Item Master and Engineering Change Orders per processes on schedule with a critical focus on accuracy, completeness, and timelinessPerform detail review of drawings/documents for correctness per configuration management's checklistPerform detail review of test data per processAssemble technical data packages for delivery to customer/suppliersPerform various configuration management activities in support of the Engineering organizationAct as a resource for department needs in the areas of training, troubleshooting, and project coordinationAct as the internal customer contact point on supported projects for CM mattersSupport Change Control Board (CCB) activitiesShow excellent teamwork in support of customer needs for quality work products and on-time deliveriesDemonstrate the ability to plan, manage, and communicate progress on assignmentsIdentify opportunities for improvementEducation & Experience Requirements
