Role- Lead Salesforce developer Location- Detroit , MI Responsibilities for salesforce technical lead: Lead custom development on the Salesforce.com platform. Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration. Design Salesforce solutions that cross multiple business areas within client's environment. Design, develop and implement Salesforce across the enterprise. Lead a team of 2-5 individuals as a Salesforce Technical Lead. Responsible for leading custom development on the Salesforce.com platform. Technical design/development, document, configuration, maintenance, administration and integration of the Salesforce platform. End to End implementation with the Salesforce platform. Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and well versed in configuration, customization, and integration. Having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM and Commerce. Qualifications for salesforce technical lead: Previous integration experience to AWS mainframe based applications a plus. Title and compensation will be based on several reasons including experience. Solution Assessment & Validation - The ability to understand and assess proposed solutions in order to determine how closely they meet requirements and if they will deliver the desired business outcomes. Solution Construction - Ability to select desired options to make a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, applications, or IT systems function to user specifications. 3 years of experience (5 years preferred) in a hands-on technical leadership position, 8 years of experience highly preferred.
