CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer (CPO). This role will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPO, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and people-centric programs that drive our company's growth.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
Administrative Support:
Manage the CPO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.Draft and proofread internal and external communications on behalf of the CPO.Manage expense reports and reconciliation.Light personal scheduling assistanceProject Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of HR initiatives and projects that align with CoreWeave's growth objectives.Collaborate with various teams to gather information and update project status.Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.Communication Liaison:
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the CPO.Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure alignment on people-related initiatives.Data Management:
Maintain and organize HR data and documentation, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.Assist in preparing reports and metrics related to employee engagement, retention, and diversity.Event Planning:
Coordinate logistics for HR events, workshops, and training sessions.Support the planning of company-wide initiatives that promote CoreWeave's culture and engagement.Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience providing executive support at sr. executive level, preferably prior experience assisting Chief People OfficerProject management experienceExperience with event planningStrong organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to improve processesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Impeccable attention to detailHighly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision, coordinating with staff across multiple locations and time zones.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given timePrior experience in a scaling tech start-up is a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000-$145,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
