*What You'll Do as our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** The Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children in a home and telehealth based setting* *This position is flexible and will be approximately 25% remote and 75% in-home** *Remote supervision will be conducted through high-quality video platform** Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs* Conduct assessments and reassessments* Conduct treatment planning sessions* Coordinate care with primary care physicians & other professionals* Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families* Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey

*What You Have as our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** Current BCBA certification* Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification per NC state requirements* 2 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with ABA early intervention experience preferred* Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field* Embodiment of Bluebells Core Values: High expectations, Belonging, Trust, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Fun* Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing* Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
