Our design staff includes electrical, software, mechanical engineers, and project managers. Our systems are supported by staff throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Malaysia, and China.Position SummaryPrimary Objective of Position:Grow company market share and customer base by generating new orders for CCIs products, systems and/or services.

Meet or exceed assigned territory revenue targets. This is a remote position with a territory covering primarily the northeastern United States.Major Areas of Accountability:Identify and approach new potential strategic customers and deliver relevant value propositionFoster client relationships with existing accounts through proactive and responsive communications on a regular basis to further growth by:

Suggesting solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needsHandling issues in a timely and effective mannerActing as the liaison between key customers and internal teamsReviewing pricing and price adjustments with customers

Initiate contact with key individuals within target end-user organizations to define their need, provide technical solutions, and develop project scope and timingManage key accounts to ensure achievement of sales objectivesDevelop and implement a strategy for sales prospecting in the territory to create a pipeline of prospective customers for lead generation of new accounts

Develop a territory action plan that includes strategic and tactical actions needed to exceed assigned target

Generate leads from various resources such as Internet, trade publications, trade shows, etc. and follow-up on all leadsSell value, execute a disciplined sales process, and close on profitable businessDrive CRM (SalesForce) utilization for account management, pipeline management, and all sales reporting featuresSupport customers with test engineering needs: demonstrate, sell test fixtures and automated test systems (custom hardware and software solutions)Prepare monthly, quarterly and annuals reports and forecasts as defined by leadershipDevelop knowledge of competitive products, identify emerging markets, create strategy for competing, and keep Marketing and management abreast of all competitive activity and market development in the territoryKeep current on all CCI products from a technical, applications, pricing and selling benefits standpoint.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a preference for Electrical or MechanicalMinimum of 3 years of experience with a technology salesPrior experience in sales of mid-range electronic hardware and capital equipment a plusMust have demonstrated "hunter" mentality to grow sales.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Proven experience in SalesKnowledge of products or processes requiring the use of electrical test equipmentProven ability to build strategic internal/external customer relationships at all levelsProficiency with CRM software and Account Management systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationshipsStrong negotiation skill set with proven track record of closing dealsRequires a strong initiative, proactive nature and a sense of urgencyThis position may require working additional hours during periods of peak demandMaintains confidentiality and security of intellectual property (ITAR, Prototype).Physical Requirements (these physical requirements must be performed with or without accommodation):Majority of the time is split between usual office working conditions and travel timeAbility to sit for extended lengths of time is required; bend, reach, stoop and twist as requiredHeavy use of an office computer for completing workExposure to a manufacturing area which may entail exposure to dirt, dust, noise, machine chemicals, fumes, and other attributes common to this environmentAbility to lift and carry up to 40 lbsAbility to work from home and travel the region.This job description reflects managements assignment of key responsibilities; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.Pay and BenefitsCCI is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits, including, but not limited to:Flexible work hoursPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance PlansHSA and FSALife Insurance401(k) with matchTuition ReimbursementPet InsuranceIdentity Theft InsuranceMedical Bridge/Critical Care/Cancer/Accident InsuranceCompensation includes base salary and commissions.Circuit Check, Inc is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
