NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading non-profit human services agency, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Clinical Services for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) in Westborough, MA.

Our IRTP is a specialized initiative catering to adolescents grappling with severe mental illness and/or profound emotional and behavioral disturbances, as referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). As a testament to our commitment to excellence, the program proudly holds accreditation from the Joint Commission, operating within a trauma-informed, family-focused environment.

In collaboration with the Department of Mental Health (DMH), our program extends its dedicated services to adolescents statewide, specifically within the age range of 13 to 18. The therapeutic milieu and educational day programming are meticulously crafted to cultivate success beyond the program, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients and families.

Salary: $100,000 – 105,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs and services.Conduct regular assessments of clinical programs to ensure effectiveness and adherence to best practice.Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of clinical services.Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff, ensuring a high level of competence and professionalism.Recruit, train and evaluate clinical staff members.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development with the clinical team.Develop, review and update clinical policies and procedures to need accreditation standards.Investigate and address any incidents or issues related to clinical services.Oversee collection and analysis of clinical data and reporting purposes.Represent the organization in meetings and collaborations with families and state agencies.Providing direct supervision and oversight to the program clinical teams.Assessing new referrals to the program and arrange or conduct testing and evaluations as needed.Collaborating with program management and staff regarding therapeutic milieu and clinical orientation of program.Act as a liaison with psychiatrist and other agencies providing auxiliary clinical services.Participation in on-call rotations

Job Requirements:

Independently Licensed – LMHC, LICSW, and LMFT.Completed master’s degree in social work or related field required.Previous experience with adolescent population and their families and expertise in crisis stabilization and management required.Proven experience in supervising clinicians.Management-level experience in a clinical setting.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills required.Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against COVID 19, per state regulations.
