We are looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in San Diego who wants to join a company that is growing, and utilizing their experience to make a large impact on a family's life.

Blooming Behavior Services offers a competitive salary of $70,000-85,000 a year and is currently even offering a $1500 sign-on bonus*!

What you will do:Design and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs children.Conduct ongoing training to staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plansConduct face-to-face supervision for patients in assigned regionConduct patient's team meetings in order to update the patient's treatment plan and to support behavior instructors and caregivers on the teamAssess the patient's treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each patient's treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measuredWrite initial assessments and progress reports according to insurerSupport families with IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the patient's present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goalsConduct coordination of care meetings with caregivers, school personnel, SLP, and OT providersPerform other job duties, as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:Master's degree in behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitationBCBA certificationMinimal 1-year of experience working as a behavior instructor implementing ABA interventions with children with ASDMinimal 1-year of experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with ASD, as well as training caregivers and instructors how to implement these interventionsKnowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VBExperience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBAFluency in Spanish is desired, but not required
