The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated individual with a proven track record who will focus on networking with mechanical contractors to drive sales growth.. This role involves regular face-to-face interactions and being on the road 3 to 5 days a week within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a proven track record in account management and growth, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This outside sales role requires managing existing accounts, seeking new customers, and collaborating with Account Managers to maximize territory growth. Based in Chicago, this position is key to growing profitable sales while embodying our Core Values.
