Certification Details

Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs and LPN/LVNs. Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement. Copy of the physical license is not required. Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs.Job Details

CVICU RN able to care for both cardiac medical ICU patients and cardiothoracic/vascular surgery ICU patients.Required to be competent in NxStage and Impella.Job Requirements

Must be AHA.Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine. Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in the following areas: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants, mon-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.)Required for all disciplines, AnnualDocumentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccineX-ray completedStatement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter1st within 1 year, 2nd within 30 days of start. And/or Negative IGRA within 90 days of offered start date lab printout prior to start. If positive TB record; Requires Proof of Chest X-Ray within last 1 year to be accompanied by TB questionnaire.The candidate or associate should provide documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider. If a candidate or associate cannot provide evidence of immunity, titers are required to check serological evidence for Varicella. If titer results do not show proof of immunity, administer two doses of Varicella vaccine, four weeks apart. Exemptions are NOT accepted for some areas.
