Duties?: 1:10 or 2:20Is there call or a standby requirement?: NoFloating Requirements: Medical floors, ICU, or rehabHow many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: First week is onboarding and then 1-2 days of orientation on the floorThis is a fast paced floor, Attributes that will help a nurse be successful on this unit are a positive attitude, helping others, good communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to problem solveRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidate may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
