**Job Description:**- Work in a state-of-the-art rehab facility opening in October 2024.- Provide compassionate care and assist in rehabilitation care plans established by the interdisciplinary team.- Conduct head-to-toe assessments.- Administer IV medications and blood as needed, and perform lab draws.- Utilize patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometer, and administer inhalers/breathing treatments.- Use EMR system Meditech Magic.- Demonstrate strong communication skills and act as a patient advocate.- Enjoy educating patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs.- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to utilize med/surg skills in a post-acute setting.- Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting is preferred.- CRRN Certification and ACLS certification within 90 days are considered a plus.
