Position / Specialty: IMC RN20 rooms/beds on unit.1:5 ratios for all shifts.First-timers accepted: Yes.Weekend REQ: Will work weekends as needed for the department.Is on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed.Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.Must have active IL license in hand to apply.RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.Job Requirements

Required Work Setting Experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry.Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams.Required Cardiovascular Case Skills/Experience: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, TR Band.Required Gastrointestinal Case Skills/Experience: Feeding tube care and management.Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure.Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.Required Medication Experience/Skills: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, PCA, Procedural Sedation Administration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips.Surgical drain experience required.Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management.Required Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.Code blue/rapid response experience preferred.Cerner experience preferred.
