- Master’s degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required.Current license as a LCSW required.- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a health care setting required, home care experience preferred.- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills required.- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of social work and of resources available in the community required.- Current driver’s license, good driving record and access to or own reliable transportation required.
