Number of Beds – 41 private roomsNumber of Staff – 6 full-time PTs, 1 part-time PT, 2 full-time PTAs, 9 PRN PTs, 4 PRN PTAsType of staff: Day Shift – M-F 7 full-time PTs, 2 full-time PTAs, 1part-time PTPatient Ratios – 1:4-6 (5-6 treatment hours/day)Type of equipment – Vector, Sarah lift, hoyer lift, BITS, L300, lite gait, standing frame, ambulation devices, various wheelchair sizes, training stairs/curb, car transfer simulator, hi-low therapy matsEMR – MeditechTypical procedures performed on unit(s): Eval and treat all patients admitted to inpatient rehab facility, Gait training, Transfer training, Family Training, Attendance at Interdisciplinary Morning Huddle, Attendance at Interdisciplinary Team ConferenceAdditional information: low turn-over rate (vacancy due to employee moving into a different position in the department), very experienced staff, provide 1:1 patient care, supportive therapy supervisor and director, cohesive interdisciplinary team, positive work environment, lots of celebrations with snacks/food!!Additional Details
