Position / Specialty: Med Surg RNShift: 3x12 Nights (1845-0715)Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years experience required.First-timers accepted: YesGuaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.Special Requirements: PICC line management and experience with Starting IVs is required. Cerner experience preferred. **Must be willing to take trach and laryngectomy patients - experience not required but must be willing to learn and take these patients. Must be willing to take up to 1:7 ratio if needed (not common but that is the max if needed)**Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Acute Care Hospital - Level I trauma center. Magnet hospital/facility.Total Staffed Beds: 562 bedsScrub Color: Any solid color.Charting: CernerParking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID cardPhysical within a year of start, and updated annually. Must be signed by MD, NP, PA, DC, or DO. The physician's credentials, clinic location, and phone number must be listed on the form. Statement must indicate candidate is in good physical and mental health, free of communicable disease, and able to perform the core functions of the position without restrictions.Fit mask required within a year of start and must be updated annually.Need candidate's preferred name that will be displayed on their hospital badge (First & Last).Badge Photo required. Must be in color from mid-shoulders up. Photo must be taken against a plain background, preferably dark blue or dark gray with appropriate clothing and no filters.Background Check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years, and updated annually.
