Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Maximus Partners is recruiting a Senior Financial Planning Analyst for our successful client in the Paoli area. The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will be working directly with senior leadership in various departments, offering the opportunity to rapidly advance your career in the company!Our client pays a competitive salary plus bonuses for both the company and employee performance!Responsibilities:Partner with senior leadership in various departments in analyzing actual financial performance, the main factors impacting returns, potential opportunities and challenges.Create complex financial models and analyze the generated reports to make strategic recommendations.Perform cost-benefit analysis of pricing for new and proposed products and services. Explain the potential impact on financial performance.Develop both scheduled and ad hoc financial forecasting models to assist with senior leadership making investment decisions and developing strategic planning.Analyze actual financial performance vs forecasts and provide recommendations to senior leadership.Partner with marketing teams in assessing performance and trends, to recommend pricing strategies.Evaluate and explain internal and external drivers impacting current and projected future performance.Continually monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and reasons for unexpected variance.Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes with leadership in various departments.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and reporting roles.Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Ability to work with minimal supervision and present clearly to senior executives.
