This is an opportunity for a Civil Designer with 1-3 years of experience to be part of a growing organization that specializes in Site/Land Development. Responsibilities: Utilize Civil 3D software to produce high-quality designs for site/land development projects. Develop grading plans, stormwater management systems, and utility layouts with minimal direction. Conduct site investigations to ensure the proposed designs are feasible and compliant with local regulations and standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and manage land use permitting applications and processes.Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant experience in civil design with a focus on site/land development. Proficiency in Civil 3D. Proven experience in grading, site design, and land use permitting. Excellent technical skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
