2 years experience current required inan 18 plus bed telemetry/progressive care unit required. Must be a team player,flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one13-week travel assignment.CERTIFICATIONS : BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. BLS and ACLSmust be completed through American Heart Association, American Health andSafety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Traveler must provide proof of a current Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) or Dysrhythmia exam or will be tested during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not passthe BCA (basic cardiac arrythmia) test will be dismissed.SHIFTS :
12 hourNight shift position
- start time 1900 Shift length - Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.On call, weekends and holidays are required.
Travelers are first to float
within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanentassigned location and to all areas in which they are trained, including the ED and alternate holding areas to care for appropriate patients, including PresNow ED/UC (freestanding urgent/emergent care facilities)ORIENTATION : 1st week of the contract, not to exceed40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.SCRUBS : required and not provided bythe facility.DT-Trak Consulting Inc.
