Local ContractWCS HealthCare is partnering with a large organization focused on servicing patients with Cerebral Palsy. They are currently in need of multiple Licensed Practical Nurse candidates for flexible 8 hour shifts, day or night. This LPN will be offered competitive pay and benefits.
Job Function:
Day Shift
9am - 5pm
Perform assessment of residents and update Registered Nurse as needed for additional care.
Dispense medication and document in medication administration.
Provide hands on care to improve the health of residents.
Maintain health records as required.
Assist the Registered Nurse in conducting and implementing health related training for residents and staff.
Assist with the coordination and implementation of health initiatives for residents.
Job Requirements :
Licensed Practical Nurse in New York.
Willingness to work with target patient population.
OPWDD or Case Management experience required.
