Cath Lab Technologist - (Cath Lab Tech)

IMMEDIATE NEED FOR CATH LAB TECHNOLOGIST with ARRT (R) for (CV) HYBRID OR, floating as needed to CATH LAB.4-10s 7a – 5:30p during the week. Call for Hybrid OR/Cath Lab: 7-10 days/month: 5:30p-7a (Mon-Fri) and 7a-7a on weekends 2-3 consecutive daysMUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE as CV /Cath Lab Tech in Cath Lab or Hybrid OR. Two years’ experience strongly preferred. Procedural (IR) background may be considered, depending on the work experience. Technologist will work in Hybrid OR primarily, with a Physician, RN, CST and First Assist. Hybrid OR primary duties will be to monitor, not scrub. There may be hands on responsibilities with Robotic system after sufficient training.MUST HAVE ARRT (R) for this position, along with: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA). Facility uses EPIC EMR so Epic experience is preferred but not required. Saint Francis Hospital, licensed for 1000 beds, receives Level I trauma patients and houses 7 Cath Labs, and staffs 2 Hybrid ORs in CV Surgery department.High acuity patients both adult and pediatric population. “Call” will be required and discussed during the interview. *Safety sensitive position.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT –R). Education required: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A PERMANENT ADDRESS GREATER THAN 100 MILES FROM FACILITY and an Unencumbered ARRT (R)with ARRT (R) for (CV) HYBRID OR, floating as needed to CATH LABMUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE as CV /Cath Lab Tech in Cath Lab or Hybrid OR. Two years’ experience strongly preferred.
