Types of procedures required.Scrub, circulate and monitor peripheral/vascular cases, right and left heart caths, possibly scrub devices and work in EP cases
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.XIM (used for hemodynamics), Cupid system with EPIC for procedure charting, Pyxis, Sectra, Siemens and Philips GE fluoro systems.
Required skills and minimum years of experience.Preferred 2-3 years minimum experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.RCIS or RCES. ACLS, PALS, BLS
Shift or schedule requirements.Shifts are varying 4-10 hr (0530-1600, 0630-1700 and 0730-1800. 1 call shift per week, 1 call weekend a month
