Job Description:Hours: 7a-330p
Job SummaryPerforms a more extensive range of nuclear medicine procedures and tasks that require an advanced level of knowledge and skills. Responsible for training and orientation to the unit of both senior and staff level nuclear medicine technologists. Under supervision, performs a wide variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including nuclear cardiology, clinical imaging, GI imaging, thyroid imaging, and SPECT imaging. Performs pharmaceutical and instrument quality control. Maintains records for state and federal agencies. Serves as a resource person for staff, physicians, and other personnel.
RequirementsEducation High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)Non-Degree Program: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology or Nuclear Medicine program. (Required)Experience 3 Years experience in Nuclear Medicine.
(Required)General Experience in supervising others.
(Preferred)License/Certifications NMTCB - Nuc Med Technology Cert Board (Required) or RT(R)(N) - Reg Technologist (R) (N) (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support (Preferred) _About Talent4Health
