Marketing Media Manager

As part of the Stellantis media team, the Brand Media Manager is responsible for leading all media plans for a Stellantis brand -- from budget development, strategy, activation, and analytics/optimizations. They will work with the brand team, advertising team, and other cross-channel organizations as well as the agency partners on a daily basis.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The position will manage the day-to-day brand and media agency requirements providing strategic direction and business insights within the applicable scope.
Develop and foster strong trusted relationships with global brand and agency teams, media and technology partners.
Requires a solid understanding of media planning and buying to execute brand strategies in an impactful and strategic manor.
Develop, execute and optimize media strategy and spend across all media channels: linear TV and CTV, video, radio, Print, OOH, search, endemic shopping sites, display, programmatic, lifestyle campaigns, mobile vs desktop and programmatic, etc.
Requires a strong background in digital marketing strategy including a firm understanding of paid search, programmatic, display and social tactics.
Lead the analysis of available data to provide actionable changes supporting the associated KPIs and business objectives to success.
Expected to provide insight into entire media portfolio, content partners and platforms.
Identify, track and report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually on media KPIs and other measurement criteria as requested by the brand.
Ability to listen to and fully understand the needs of various Stellantis constituents and in turn develop thoughtful solutions.
