- $140,000 - $175,000
- Partner with senior management to achieve and maximize growth and profitability of business unit.
- Analyze financial results and explain key findings and variances to senior management.
- Coordinate the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and US GAAP for division financial reporting.
- Ensure adequate internal controls over accounting and financial reporting in accordance with SOX guidelines.
- Oversee revenue recognition during monthly close process.
- Report and analyze key metrics to improve business performance.
- Overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and business plans.
- Promote continuous improvement of the planning process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their functions.
- Review pricing/margin proposals and assist in solutions where margin constraints exist.
- Review terms of lease, supplier, customer and other contracts and support negotiations.
- Participate in analysis of acquisitions, due diligence, and integration into business unit.
- Contribute elements of monthly management reporting package.
What You'll Need:
- Advanced degree in business, accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 or more years' experience in senior accounting and financial functions, with at least a portion of the years in manufacturing.
- Electronic components experience highly desired.
- Oracle experience a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus.
- Proven experience achieving organizational objectives through collaboration and leading teams of individuals who are not direct reports.
- Ability to travel globally 20% of the time.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications that can facilitate communication.
