Job Overview:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role involves overseeing full-cycle AP/AR processes, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Accountant will also assist in month-end closings and maintain compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

• Manage the full-cycle AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, payment applications, and collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers to the general ledger.
• Collaborate with the finance team for month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare AP/AR reports for management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications Desired for the Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with AP/AR processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 2 days in the office.
