**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.- Manage a patient ratio of up to 1:5.- Utilize EPIC for documentation.- Float to other units/departments as needed to care for patients with Med/Surg or Telemetry level of care, including admitted patients in the ED.- Work every other weekend.- Wear Royal Blue scrubs.- Maintain compliance with flu vaccine requirements.- Provide 2 satisfactory professional references from recent employers, including one from a supervisor/manager and one from a charge RN.- Be comfortable with floating without restrictions as long as it’s within the scope of experience.- Orientation includes 24 non-billable hours.
**Additional Details:**
- Return travelers must have been away from the system for a minimum of 6 months.- Former staff must be absent for 12 months before returning as a traveler.
