Fireside Health Care Center is a 66 bed Medicare approved, healthcare skilled nursing facility located in sunny Santa Monica, CA. We are professional, fast-paced, and diverse.

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients and help them achieve optimal physical health and mobility.
\*\*Duties:\*\*
-Must be willing to work weekdays and weekends as needed. Hours provided are based on facility needs. In order to stay on board, at least one day needs to be worked each month.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to relieve pain and improve mobility
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in areas such as pediatrics, orthopedics, geriatrics, or inpatient care is preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and patient care
- Ability to perform trigger point therapy and other specialized treatments
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Previous experience working in a clinic setting is a plus

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
