Role Purpose
LevelTen Energys mission is to accelerate the energy transition by facilitating frictionless transactions. We deliver the cloud-based software, centralized supply, automated analytics, data, and transaction expertise required to accelerate carbon-free energy transactions .
The LevelTen Platform is the worlds largest online hub for carbon-free energy buyers, sellers, advisors, asset owners, and financiers, spanning 25+ countries in North America and Europe.
We need a sales, marketing, and operations generalist who can contribute to LevelTens long-term and short-term goals by increasing immediate demand for our Platform and services. This position will primarily support the Developer Engagement side of our Platform. This role will be a mix of customer-facing and operational tasks, responsible for creating new opportunities for LevelTen Energy and our partners, as well as providing frontline support for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate the value of LevelTens services to drive demand and strong participation in our Platform through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and social communications.
Research prospective accounts and contacts to identify and qualify new leads
Identifying and creating new qualified opportunities from inbound leads
Run targeted outbound and email nurture campaigns
Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyze their needs.
Track and report performance metrics (call volume, email open rates, conversion rates, etc) to monitor effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements.
Contribute to refining sales processes and strategies based on interactions with prospects/clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to align on any campaign strategies.
Schedule consultation calls for Account Managers
Generate opportunities to support annual revenue targets
Credential, onboard, and train new users to our Platform
Multi-channel" follow-up - help to uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities.
Maintaining active communication with leads by sending monthly/quarterly targeted materials
Create and maintain CRM account, contact, and opportunity information
Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1 - 3 years of progressively responsible marketing, sales, business development, or customer success experience
Must have a positive and outgoing attitude, ability to quickly develop rapport and maintain strong relationships, self-motivated, persistent, able to work independently, and demonstrate an ability to deal with rejection
Comfortable with cold calling
Excellent writing and listening skills, highly organized, with extreme attention to detail
Able to strongly articulate a products value proposition/selling points and explain complex issues simply and clearly via phone and email
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of internal groups
Bonus points if you also have:
Prior experience with CRM software, familiarity with Salesforce a plus
Knowledge or strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, project development, or energy markets is highly preferred, but not required
Prior experience with M&A transactions a plus
Prior experience in the renewable energy industry a plus
Professional fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
Additional DetailsThis full-time position is based in LevelTen Energys Madrid office. Salary and incentives commensurate with experience.
