In this essential role, you will provide specialized care for patients with urological conditions, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and management of various urological issues.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with urological conditions, including taking detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations.Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological disorders, such as urinary incontinence, prostate issues, and kidney stones.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with urologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including urinalysis, imaging studies, and laboratory work.Provide education to patients and families about urological health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to improve outcomes.Perform minor procedures, such as catheterizations and biopsies, as needed, under the supervision of a urologist.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based practices.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.Qualifications:Active NP license in the state of California1 to 2 years of urology experience (preferred)Active DEABenefits:Competitive hourly rate.Flexible scheduling options.Opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients.Access to a supportive and collaborative team.by Jobble
