Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionAs a Welder, your primary responsibilities will be MIG welding aluminum feed trailers. You'll be tasked with climbing into bins and welding aluminum parts together, standing and welding, and tacking parts of trailers using .035 wire. The work environment is similar to a general shop, cool in the winters and warm in the summer. We have three main departments: service (fixing pre-existing equipment), welding (welding the equipment), and final assembly (hooking up the last few things to the trailer). Shift timings are: 1st shift (5am-1:30pm OR 6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm), and 3rd shift (9:30pm-6:00am). All candidates will initially train on the 1st shift for the first couple of weeks.
