We are seeking a Deposit Products Business Intelligence and Measurement Analyst for the Deposit Products Department.
The Deposit Products Business Intelligence and Measurement Analyst is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing large amounts of data and turning that data into information that produces actionable outcomes. The individual should be passionate about working with data and adept at understanding the intersection between data and business strategy. Deliver high quality, complex and timely information to support a wide range of initiatives including Business Intelligence, Performance Improvement Activities, Dashboard Reporting, Organizational Strategies, and Portfolio Budgeting.

Experience:

2-3 years of work experience in financial analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, information management, or related fieldTechnical expertise in data mining, data analysis, segmentation, data visualization, and reporting and analyticsKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SQL, SAS, R, Python, SPSS, etc.)Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAdept at queries, report writing, and presenting findingsSelf-starter with a passion for learning and growthExcellent listening and negotiation skillsHighly motivated individual with the ability to work effectively with business users and management to achieve business goalsAbility to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing dynamic environmentDetail-oriented with excellent follow-through
